Utilization of Proceeds and Digital Ecosystem Scale
The pure fresh issue structure ensures that all raised capital will flow directly into the corporate balance sheet without any Offer for Sale (OFS) dilution from promoter entities. As detailed in its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), net proceeds will be deployed primarily toward prepayment and structural reduction of capital expenditure debt incurred by core operating subsidiary Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (RJIL), alongside general corporate growth objectives.
Operating as the primary connectivity and digital services engine for over 500 million subscribers, Jio Platforms recorded consolidated annual revenues of $15.5 billion and net profits of $3.2 billion for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Following the close of public bids on October 23, allotment finalization is scheduled for October 26, leading up to its formal stock exchange listing on October 28, 2026.
